Welcome the new day with a gentle and profound yoga practice. This session, designed to invigorate your being, is complimentary and exclusive to registered participants of the weekend intensive. However, attending is entirely optional. Embrace the opportunity to elevate your practice and start your day with balance and vitality.

INTENSIVE BEGINS:
9:00 AM - 11:30 AM
SETTING THE STAGE + WELCOME
We will begin with a discussion about the Six Levels of Consciousness and learn about setting up a successful meditation practice. We will explore various forms of meditation and why we practice.
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
LUNCH
Lunch is on your own. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch or there are many restaurants within walking distance from the studio.
1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
DEVELOPING OUR NEUTRAL WITNESS
Throughout the weekend, we will develop the ability to identify patterns in our thoughts and emotions that contribute to unbalanced and polarized states. By cultivating presence and stepping outside of our egos, we will learn to transcend these patterns. This process of self-awareness and detachment will enable us to navigate life with greater clarity and harmony.

EXPANDING OUR INNER KNOWING
We will introduce a few simple mantras and delve into the exploration of the chakras. Through guided meditation sessions, we will continue to incorporate and integrate all the knowledge and practices we are learning. This comprehensive approach ensures a well-rounded experience, allowing you to deepen your understanding and strengthen your meditation practice.
