About Me

I live in Delmar, New York, with my loving husband, two amazing daughters, and our adorable furry companion. Although my family’s home is in New York, my heart’s home is in Portland, Oregon, where I discovered all things natural medicine and mindful living. I return to Portland several times each year to reconnect with my tribe, see in-person clients, teach meditation, and feed my soul.

WELCOME!

I am a Holistic Counselor and Meditation Teacher with more than 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups in Portland, Oregon, and Albany, New York. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the human psyche, cultivated through years of intensive study and practice in psychology, mindfulness, and transpersonal development. Using these tools, I have guided countless individuals through self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal transformation.

My journey began in the bustling city of Portland, where I worked as a natural medicine researcher. I explored the therapeutic potential of plant-based remedies and traditional healing modalities, driven by a deep curiosity and commitment to the intersection of science and ancient wisdom. I conducted pioneering studies on the medicinal properties of herbs, acupuncture, and other energetic therapies. I later transitioned to a role as a community events manager, creating dynamic educational programming that connected acupuncturists, naturopathic physicians, and other integrative medicine providers with opportunities for professional development. I continue to champion the importance of holistic, evidence-based approaches to healthcare, connecting my clients to a community of integrative practitioners for the benefit of wellness through the power of natural medicine.

Over the years, I have honed my ability to attune to the unique needs of the people I work with. My sessions are tailored to address the specific concerns of my clients, drawing from my extensive knowledge in psychology, spirituality, and the mind-body connection. Whether I’m working with individuals or leading group intensives, I blend evidence-based therapeutic techniques with the timeless wisdom of Eastern contemplative traditions.

I am passionate about empowering my clients to access their own inner wisdom and resources, enabling them to live more authentic, connected, and purposeful lives. As a guide and mentor, I walk beside my clients—ever-present and ever-compassionate—as they embark on their transformative journey toward self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-acceptance.
