Tara intuitively listens and offers feedback about the areas of her client's life that may benefit from deeper self-exploration. A key to this work is teaching her clients to process emotions on their own, using self-regulation tools between sessions. She wants her clients to have a full "toolbox" and feel empowered throughout their healing journey.
Tara draws from her family-systems training and teaches mindful communication skills. She incorporates various spiritual perspectives in her work. When working with couples, she invites them to examine their relationship from a place of self-inquiry and personal growth, while addressing the relationship as an entity between the two individuals.
