Holistic counseling takes a comprehensive approach to mental wellness, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. It combines evidence-based therapeutic methods with complementary practices such as somatic awareness, mindfulness, and breathwork, and energy healing modalities like aromatherapy, flower essences, and homeopathy. This approach addresses the individual as a whole, rather than just targeting specific issues or symptoms.

Weekend Intensives

Weekend Intensives are concentrated experiences for students who are new to meditation and experienced meditators who are looking for new tools. The intensive focuses on short, focused meditations that aid students in finding comfort in periods of sustained stillness. Weekend Intensives provide a convenient alternative to out-of-town retreats, offering in-person learning with a like-minded community.

Yin Yoga + Guided Meditation

Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues—fascia, joints, and ligaments—through long, gentle holds. By softening into each posture, we cultivate stillness, patience, and presence. This practice supports flexibility, circulation, and emotional balance while offering a counterpoint to the busyness of everyday life.

Suitable for all levels, Yin invites you to slow down, listen inward, and restore harmony to body and mind.

Private Retreats

Groups of 5 or more

A private retreat offers a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen self-awareness with those you love. Ideal for groups of friends, families, corporate teams, or any intentional gathering, these experiences are designed to foster both personal reflection and meaningful connection.

Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, sacred ceremony, self-discovery practices, and time in nature, participants are invited to step away from daily demands and return to a more grounded, present way of being. Each retreat supports restoration, insight, and a deeper connection—with both self and others.
