Meditation Circles occur periodically throughout the year, providing a space for people to gather together and create community. The sessions are free and open to all levels—perfect for introductory meditation instruction or refreshing your practice.

Meditation Circles are a way to enter into stillness and connect with a like-minded community. In-person classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 participants, to ensure that everyone receives personal attention and guidance. These gatherings are also live streamed so friends can join us from around the globe.

This class focuses on mindfulness techniques and gentle breathwork, allowing you to release the stress of the week and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity. Through guided meditations and supportive group energy, you’ll learn to center yourself, setting a positive intention for the days ahead.

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a nurturing environment where you can unwind, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Embrace the opportunity to pause the stress of daily life and reemerge feeling refreshed, centered, and grounded.

What to Bring

For in-person gatherings, please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Cushions, bolsters, and blankets are provided for your convenience. You are also welcome to bring other tools to aid in your meditation practice. Meditation Circles are best for individuals ages 16+.

Pricing

Meditation Circles are free to attend.

Everyone is welcome regardless of their ability to pay. If possible, donations around $5-$20 are appreciated to help support the studio space and continuation of these gatherings.

In-person space is limited, so participants should reserve their cushion below. For live stream on Insight Timer, reservations are not necessary and donations can be made directly on the platform.
