The second segment, "Stopping," will delve deeper into focused and mindfulness forms of meditation. We will also explore Mary O'Malley's Six Levels of Higher Consciousness and spend more time in the pause, the space between thoughts.

Experiencing Somatic Movements, Delving into the Nervous System, and Exploring “Mindfulness” Meditations (Zazan + Vipassana)
